Refund policy

Fun Fam Shirts is a print-on-demand brand, which means every product is unique and produced only once you order it. Because each item is made to order just for you, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind. Please review your size, color, and design carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please reach out to our team and include a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the item to us.

If an issue affects multiple products that use the same design, we'll ask for an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame so we can confirm the problem.

What Isn't Covered

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer. We're unable to offer a reprint or refund in these cases, as each item is custom-made to your selection.
  • Print placement variation of up to 0.5". For printed apparel, minor variation in where the design sits on the garment is normal and is not considered a defect.
  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a package is returned as undeliverable, you may choose either a reship at an additional charge or a partial refund. To avoid this, please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

How to Start a Claim

Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A clear photo of the problem (and a photo/video of all affected items in one frame if more than one item is impacted)

We review most claims within 1–3 business days. If approved, we'll issue a free reprint or a refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If something's wrong with your order, please contact us first at support@funfamshirts.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We resolve nearly every issue quickly and directly.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted at funfamshirts.com at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
