Welcome to Fun Fam Shirts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of funfamshirts.com and your purchase of any products from us (together, the "Services"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use the Services

By using the Services or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are using the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our Products

Fun Fam Shirts sells print-on-demand apparel, meaning each item is produced after you order it. Because our products are printed and are shown on screens that display color differently, slight variations in color, print placement, and fabric are normal and are not defects. Details on what qualifies as a defect are in our Refund & Return Policy.

We make every effort to display our products and their details accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for the incorrectly priced product.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, ordering errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, you'll receive a full refund.

Because items go into production quickly, orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Payment

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us to charge your order total, including any applicable taxes, to that payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review both, as they are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including our designs, slogans, artwork, logos, brand name, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Fun Fam Shirts and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or create derivative products from our designs or content without our express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item only, not any rights to the design or brand.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including attempting to interfere with the site's security or functionality, scraping or copying content, or infringing the rights of others.

9. Product Care and Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is." Following the garment care instructions (wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low) helps preserve the print and fit. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Fam Shirts and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fun Fam Shirts and its owners and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on funfamshirts.com at the time of your purchase applies to your order. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
